A company is looking for a Benefits Verification Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between patients, healthcare professionals, and insurance carriers to resolve insurance-related issues
• Utilize multiple systems and portals to process patient prescription orders and handle inbound and outbound calls
• Ensure timely delivery of patient prescriptions while maintaining a focus on personalized patient experiences

Required Qualifications

• Must reside within 75 miles of Chandler, AZ
• 1+ years of experience in a healthcare environment, focusing on medical insurance or benefits verification
• 1+ years of experience with Windows-based applications, including Microsoft Office
• 1+ years of computer keyboarding experience
• Must have a direct/hardwired internet connection and a secure, distraction-free home workspace
