Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Verification/Prior Authorization Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive benefit verification for Spravato and TMS, including complex coverage analysis and documentation in the EHR
• Manage the full prior authorization lifecycle, ensuring timely submissions and follow-ups, and coordinating appeals when necessary
• Communicate clearly and professionally with providers regarding benefit summaries, PA updates, and denial communications

Qualifications & Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Benefit Verification and Prior Authorization
• Fluency in coverage types, including medical and pharmacy benefits
• Experience with CoverMyMeds and major payer portals
• Ability to write clear, professional, and concise messages in English
• Familiarity with AI tools and a proactive communication style
