Key Responsibilities:
  • Review patient insurance information and complete benefit verification process
  • Verify patient specific benefits and document details for various payer plans
  • Identify reimbursement trends and report to management
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of two years of experience in customer service, medical billing and coding, benefits verification, healthcare, or business administration
  • High school diploma or GED required, bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with verification of insurance benefits preferred
