Job Summary

- Train the AI by generating ideal conversations and collecting sources
- Evaluate the AI continuously according to safety, accuracy, and benefit criteria
- Test the AI by actively trying to break it and recommending improvements
Required Qualifications:
- Native proficiency in Bengali
- Master's or Doctoral Degree in Natural Science, Social Science, Humanities, or related domain
- Record of publications in the area of expertise with an h-index of at least 1
- Experience interacting with AI systems/chatbots
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and formulate structured approaches to problems
