Job Summary

To support a client in Canada, the contracted Bengali Language Teacher will conduct one-on-one online sessions for beginner students, focusing on communication skills to connect with family members, with classes scheduled once a week during specific time slots.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalized Bengali language instruction to beginner-level students
• Adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs and motivations of students
• Maintain a stable online presence and ensure a reliable internet connection for classes

Required qualifications

• Native Bengali speaker and/or possession of a relevant teaching qualification
• Experience as a language teacher, translator, or interpreter
• Availability to teach in the California (US) time zone
• Access to a laptop with a camera for online teaching
