Bermuda Licensed Finance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Manager based in Bermuda.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of US Statutory accounting and reporting, including financial and management reporting packs
• Support the integration of newly acquired portfolios into the financial framework and lead finance-related initiatives
• Coordinate internal and external audit processes while maintaining strong internal controls and identifying accounting process risks

Required Qualifications

• Must hold a CPA, ACA, or ACCA certification with a minimum of 6 years of post-qualification experience in the (re)insurance industry
• Experience reporting to a Group finance team operating in European time zones
• US Statutory Annual Statement experience is required
• Experience with Solvency II and BMA reporting is advantageous
• Familiarity with Oracle and/or SUN General Ledger systems is beneficial
