Job Summary
To drive the go-to-market strategy for BESS projects, the full-time BESS Market Leader will manage internal stakeholder coordination, develop market strategies, and enhance offerings while staying engaged with industry trends and customer needs.
Key responsibilities
- Developing the BESS market strategy in coordination with the DER sales team, including target customers and articulating the value proposition
- Leading the internal development of BESS offerings by coordinating with procurement and engineering teams
- Identifying and leading internal process improvement efforts related to BESS, such as expanding O&M offerings and developing customer savings models
Required qualifications
- Deep familiarity with US BESS market dynamics and competitive landscape
- Strong communication and strategic thinking skills with an accountability mindset
- Ability to lead and influence diverse stakeholders through uncertainty
- Technical background in engineering or project development is a plus
