Job Summary

A company in the creative design industry is looking for a Beta Community Manager.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Develop a strategic plan for building and scaling a community of highly engaged customers
  • Handbuild and scale a community of highly engaged customers to inform and inspire product, marketing and content teams
  • Collaborate with the community to co-create new-to-the-world product development
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in community design, community management or product beta management
  • A track record for supporting top priority business initiatives with community platforms
  • Ability to attract and build an authentic customer community
  • Experience in building and incentivizing a community from scratch with startup resources
  • Ability to spot good insights from the community and how to bring in the right cross-functional partners across product and marketing teams
