BHI Support Specialist

Job Summary

To support the behavioral health integration efforts, the full-time remote BHI Support Specialist will assist clinicians with gathering medical information, report patient concerns, and ensure completion of interventions for approximately 20 patients daily.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clinicians in gathering medical information for patients between visits using electronic health record systems
• Report monthly medical concerns for patients, including falls and hospitalizations
• Support employee training and assist new employees through shadowing as needed

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with healthcare technologies, including electronic health record systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organizational skills and proven follow-up ability
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with facility staff and colleagues
