BI/AI Solutions Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare resource company, the full-time BI/AI Solutions Consultant will translate business processes into data requirements, build SQL-based data pipelines, and design AI-enabled BI solutions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business processes into data requirements, analytical outputs, and workflow rules for BI and AI solutions
• Build and maintain SQL-based data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting datasets using tools such as Power BI and SQL Server
• Design and implement AI-enabled BI solutions, ensuring outputs are useful and aligned with operational decisions

Required qualifications

• Experience in translating business processes into data requirements and analytical outputs
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with Power BI, SQL Server, or Microsoft Fabric
• Knowledge of AI-enabled BI solutions, including automation and anomaly detection
• Strong documentation skills for data lineage and deployment processes
• Ability to collaborate effectively across time zones with cross-functional teams
