BI/AI Solutions Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare resource company, the remote direct-hire BI/AI Solutions Consultant will translate business processes into data requirements, develop AI-enabled BI solutions, and build SQL-based data pipelines while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business processes into data requirements, analytical outputs, and workflow rules
• Build and maintain SQL-based data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting datasets using tools like Power BI and SQL Server
• Design and implement AI-enabled BI solutions, ensuring outputs are useful and aligned with operational decisions

Required qualifications

• Experience translating business processes into data requirements and analytical outputs
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with Power BI, SQL Server, or Microsoft Fabric
• Knowledge of AI-enabled BI solutions, including automation and anomaly detection
• Strong documentation skills for data lineage and deployment processes
• Effective cross-functional collaboration skills across time zones
