BI Analyst
Job Summary
To support the Provider Performance Improvement Strategy Team, the full-time BI Analyst will design and develop user-friendly visualizations, dashboards, and reports, collaborating with business partners to facilitate data-driven decision-making in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with business areas to create rapid solution prototypes through interactive user design sessions
- Facilitate cross-functional problem-solving sessions to ensure successful project delivery while addressing stakeholder needs
- Produce analytic support for the D SNP Quality Incentive Program, tracking performance and identifying risks
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
- 3+ years of experience in a related field, or 5+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
- Experience in healthcare analytics is preferred
- Advanced experience with Power BI and/or Tableau for dashboard development and data visualization
