BI Analyst Claims

Job Summary

Partnering directly with claims leadership, the remote BI Analyst Claims will analyze claims data, develop Power BI dashboards, and deliver actionable insights to improve operational outcomes in a full-time capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze claims data to identify trends and translate findings into actionable insights
• Collaborate with claims stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and present analysis results
• Design and develop end-to-end Power BI dashboards while optimizing SQL queries for data extraction

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience with Power BI, including building 20+ dashboards
• Advanced SQL skills for querying and data analysis
• Claims experience, preferably in property insurance or healthcare
• 4-8 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or reporting roles
• Proven ability to balance technical execution with business engagement
