BI Analyst Claims

Job Summary

To support a high-visibility claims organization, the remote BI Analyst Claims will analyze claims data, deliver actionable insights, and develop Power BI dashboards while partnering directly with claims leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze claims data to identify trends and translate findings into actionable insights for leadership
• Partner with claims stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and present analysis results
• Design and develop end-to-end Power BI dashboards and support the transition from Excel-based reporting

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience with Power BI, including building approximately 20+ dashboards end-to-end
• Advanced SQL skills for querying, data analysis, and validation
• Claims experience required, with property insurance preferred
• 4-8 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or reporting roles
• Proven ability to balance technical execution with business engagement
