BI Dashboard Developer

Job Summary

Supporting one of the nation's largest federal healthcare modernization initiatives, the full-time remote BI Dashboard Developer will design and develop interactive dashboards and reports to provide real-time visibility into project performance and operational metrics while collaborating with various technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and business intelligence solutions using Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
• Develop reports that provide real-time visibility into project performance, operational metrics, and financial data
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define reporting requirements and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field
• Five (5) years of experience developing business intelligence dashboards and enterprise reporting solutions
• Strong experience with Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence platforms
• Experience writing SQL queries and working with relational databases
• Familiarity with data modeling, ETL processes, and enterprise reporting best practices
