Job Summary

A company is looking for a BI Data Analyst to support their BI & Analytics platform, Arkalytics.

Key Responsibilities

Manage client queues to meet SLAs and ensure timely resolution of service desk tickets
Troubleshoot incidents and develop resolutions while maintaining communication with clients
Assist clients with custom development requests and provide training on dashboards and SQL

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
Expertise in SQL and experience with databases like Snowflake, SQLServer, or Oracle
Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
Knowledge in Data Warehousing and BI projects
Desire to become a subject matter expert in the platform
