BI Data Analyst II

Job Summary

To support the enterprise analytics practice, the remote BI Data Analyst II will translate business questions into actionable insights, partner with product managers or business leaders, and ensure effective communication of variance analyses to senior staff.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with corporate business partners to manage budgets and forecasts in a fast-paced environment
• Analyze data to identify and communicate underlying causes of variances, presenting findings in a clear and concise manner
• Challenge organizational leaders to think strategically about team structures and resource allocation aligned with strategic priorities

Required qualifications

• 2-3 years of analytical experience with foundational SQL skills and comfort working with complex, real-world data
• Proven ability to take ownership of relationships and a desire to grow in a supportive environment
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage with various levels of management
• Willingness to explore and integrate AI tools to enhance analytical work
