BI Data Analytics Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a BI Data Analytics Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain production Power BI reports and semantic models, optimizing performance
• Manage and mentor a team of 3-4 analysts, fostering a culture of craftsmanship and accountability
• Champion Power BI governance and enable self-service through training and robust access controls

Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in BI/Data Analytics, with 3-5 years in a leadership role
• Expertise in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and deployment pipelines
• Strong SQL skills and experience with Snowflake or similar databases
• Data modeling expertise, including star schema and KPI governance
• Experience in governance and self-service enablement, including training programs
