BI Data Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a BI Data Architect Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement scalable BI solutions using Azure Data Lake and integration tools
• Design and implement systems for disaster recovery, governance, and data archiving
• Develop technology roadmaps and strategies for data lake ingestion and utilization

Required Qualifications

• College diploma or university degree in computer science, information systems, or computer engineering, or 7-10 years equivalent work experience
• Experience designing, building, and supporting multi-terabyte data warehouses in Azure
• 5-7 years of experience in BI development, data architecture, or analytics, including team leadership
• Technical knowledge of SQL Server, Snowflake/Databricks/Fabric, and Power BI
• Proficient in writing and debugging complex SQL scripts and understanding data engineering processes
