BI Developer

Job Summary

To support organizational decision-making, the full-time BI Developer will create and deploy BI solutions, collaborate with stakeholders to translate data needs into actionable insights, and improve system performance, with remote work and onsite presence as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Develops and implements BI solutions to support organizational decision-making
• Collaborates with stakeholders to translate data needs into tailored solutions
• Optimizes performance and reliability of BI systems using notebooks, pipelines, and data flows

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Informatics, or a related field required
• Minimum of two years of hands-on BI development experience
• Exposure to notebooks, pipelines, and data flows preferred
• Familiarity with healthcare data analytics preferred
• Eagerness to grow and develop in the BI field
