BI Developer - Virginia

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time BI Developer - Virginia will deliver clinical, financial, operational, and research intelligence by preparing reports and dashboards, ensuring data integrity, and collaborating with various stakeholders to support decision-making processes.

Key responsibilities

• Prepares reports and dashboards using Epic and non-Epic tools to assist clients in making informed business decisions
• Ensures data completeness and correctness while coordinating validation and testing of solutions
• Participates in all phases of software lifecycle development, focusing on reporting analysis, development, and implementation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, or relevant work experience in lieu of degree; Master's or PhD preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with relational databases and data management
• Experience with Epic, SAP, and/or other business intelligence reporting tools required
• Understanding of documentation, change control, and maintenance procedures related to reporting and analytics
• Healthcare information technology experience preferred
