BI Developer with EPIC Proficiency

Job Summary

To support data-driven decision-making, the full-time BI Developer with EPIC Proficiency will design, develop, and optimize Power BI dashboards and SQL Server queries while working remotely to enhance business intelligence solutions and improve systems and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, ensuring adherence to development best practices
• Perform data analysis and create queries, programs, and automation to deliver accurate insights
• Lead data requirements gathering and manage relationships across project teams to facilitate optimal solutions

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or related field, or 4 years of data analytics experience
• EPIC official designation of Proficient required within the new hire probationary period
• 1-2 years of experience with relational database structures and reporting tools such as Crystal Reports
• Experience with SQL/Oracle and business intelligence tools
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into actionable data solutions
