BI Lead
Job Summary
To enhance data analytics capabilities, the remote contract BI Lead will develop and scale Power BI dashboards, integrate data from key business systems, and promote a data-driven decision-making culture across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the implementation and adoption of Power BI, ensuring alignment with business needs
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards for real-time visibility into business KPIs
- Connect Power BI to diverse data sources and develop scalable data models for reporting
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI in a software or subscription business context
- Strong proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query), dataflows, and data modelling
- Deep understanding of recurring revenue, churn, retention, and other SaaS metrics
- Degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, and BI deployment best practices
