A company is looking for a Bi-Lingual Customer Service Representative
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional consumer experience by managing inbound calls in English and Spanish
- Efficiently use technology to assist consumers with product, technical support, and troubleshooting
- Negotiate solutions in challenging consumer situations to ensure positive outcomes
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2 years' experience in customer service, call center experience preferred
- Proficient in both English and Spanish
- PC skills with Microsoft Office suite, experience with Microsoft Teams a plus
- Must be available for training and able to work a flexible schedule
