Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bi-Lingual Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional consumer experience by managing inbound calls in English and Spanish
  • Efficiently use technology to assist consumers with product, technical support, and troubleshooting
  • Negotiate solutions in challenging consumer situations to ensure positive outcomes

Required Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years' experience in customer service, call center experience preferred
  • Proficient in both English and Spanish
  • PC skills with Microsoft Office suite, experience with Microsoft Teams a plus
  • Must be available for training and able to work a flexible schedule
