Job Summary

BI Report Developer, a full-time remote position focused on designing, developing, and deploying advanced Power BI reports and dashboards using structured data sources, while ensuring data governance and delivering presentations to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Designs and develops advanced Power BI reports and dashboards using Microsoft Fabric Data Warehouse, SQL Server, and Synapse Analytics
• Implements data governance initiatives and performs thorough data analysis to create compelling narratives
• Presents complex findings to executive stakeholders and troubleshoots report performance issues

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Minimum of four years of hands-on experience as a Power BI developer
• Expertise in structured data from Tabular Models, SQL Server, and Synapse Analytics
• Proficiency in writing complex DAX expressions and data modeling within Power BI
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
