Job Summary

To support a remote team, the contract Bid Proposal Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of enterprise RFPs, RFIs, and questionnaires, ensuring timely submissions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of enterprise RFPs, RFIs, and questionnaires
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Marketing to develop strategic proposals
• Create and maintain proposal templates and response content for efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Over 5 years of enterprise bid or proposal management experience
• Proven success managing complex RFPs, RFIs, and questionnaires
• Experience with Salesforce, Responsive.io, SharePoint, and proposal platforms
• Advanced proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
