Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bid Protest Reviewer - Retainer (Advisor).

Key Responsibilities

Support the Bid Protest secretariat in determining the receivability of protests
Conduct analysis of protests in collaboration with the Director RCG and the Bid Protest Registrar
Prepare draft formal replies to suppliers based on comprehensive data for review and approval

Required Qualifications

Advanced level university degree (Master's or equivalent) in Law or a related field
Minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible professional practice in law or a related area
Proven experience in analyzing procurement cases and drafting clear communication documents
Strong understanding of United Nations procurement policies
Fluency in English is required; additional languages (Spanish, French, Arabic) are an advantage
