Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bids Specialist to support their team in a temporary remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare and submit bid documentation and related materials
• Match products to customer reports to support bid accuracy and verify bid specifications with prospective clients
• Generate reports on price and cost savings and assist in calculating and finalizing bid proposals for potential clients

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Basic understanding of business math
• Typically 4 or more years of related experience
• High school education, vocational training, or on-the-job training; a bachelor's degree is preferred
• Strong time management and multitasking skills
