Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for end-users
Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems for optimal performance
Document technical issues and solutions, and train users on new hardware and software

Required Qualifications

Proficiency in Python development
Strong knowledge of AWS services including SQL, ECS, EMR, Lambda, Redshift, Glue ETL, DMS, SQS/SNS, PostGres RDS, S3, and Oracle
Experience with testing automation
