Job Summary

To lead a dynamic team in the realm of big data, the full-time Big Data Team Lead will manage project timelines, facilitate agile methodologies, and oversee team performance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project timelines and deliverables using agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
• Facilitate team meetings and conflict resolution to ensure smooth project execution
• Implement and oversee the use of Burn Down Charts and the Crystal Framework for project tracking

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in leadership roles within big data projects
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban
• Experience with project management tools like Burn Down Charts and Crystal Framework
• Demonstrated conflict management and decision-making skills
• SCRUM Master certification preferred
