Job Summary

Building custom widgets and enhancing user experience, the full-time remote BigCommerce Developer will create dynamic features using BigCommerce's Storefront GraphQL API, develop custom themes, and optimize eCommerce sites.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement custom widgets and components to improve site functionality
• Utilize BigCommerce's Storefront GraphQL API to create interactive features
• Migrate and upgrade eCommerce sites from other platforms to BigCommerce

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in BigCommerce website development
• Expertise in BigCommerce theme development and customization
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and familiarity with JavaScript libraries like jQuery
• Strong understanding of responsive web design techniques and cross-browser compatibility
• Experience with version control systems such as GIT or SVN
