Key Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to client communications, including intake and onboarding of new patients
• Schedule intake appointments and initial assessments while managing cancellations and no-shows
• Establish relationships with pediatric groups to create a pipeline of referrals

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of medical office experience
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
• Familiarity with Microsoft products
