Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Bilingual Absence Claims Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Process medical certifications and review absence certifications in accordance with guidelines
• Provide timely responses to communications and maintain accurate documentation of leaves
• Contact medical providers for clarification and assist clients with leave status and decision making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; High School Degree or equivalent required
• 1+ years of experience in human resources, claim management, or leave and disability
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA
• High-speed internet and a professional workspace free from distractions
