Bilingual Academic Mentor

Job Summary

Supporting student retention, the full-time remote Bilingual Academic Mentor will provide non-instructional intervention and support to students in grades 6-12, focusing on identifying learning strengths and areas for improvement while ensuring effective communication with students and parents.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze student strengths and challenges to deliver targeted interventions for academic success
• Conduct orientation sessions and educate students and learning coaches on system navigation techniques
• Monitor academic progress and maintain regular communication with students and families to foster strong relationships

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Two or more years of customer service experience
• Experience working with children or youth
• Demonstrated proficiency in using online tools and applications
