Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Account Coordinator to support outreach and account engagement efforts related to past due student loan balances.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a monthly portfolio of assigned accounts with regular inbound and outbound phone outreach
  • Guide conversations with former students and connect them with appropriate government loan servicers
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation while progressing accounts through internal systems
Qualifications
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English
  • Prior customer service or call center experience
  • Strong computer literacy with the ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Demonstrated reliability and consistent work history
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
