Job Summary

Fluent in French and English, the full-time Account Executive will manage the entire sales cycle for enterprise and upper mid-market customers in Europe, focusing on driving transformation deals and expanding accounts while collaborating with partners and internal teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead insight-driven sales conversations to educate customers on enterprise change
  • Expand strategic accounts by understanding business needs and delivering personalized experiences
  • Own the full deal lifecycle, from prospecting to closing opportunities with urgency
Required qualifications
  • Fluency in French and English, with additional languages a plus
  • 2+ years of quota-carrying experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology or transformation
  • 2+ years of account management experience with a substantial book of business
  • Proven success in closing deals involving multiple stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Agile, AI, or organizational change concepts
