Job Summary
Fluent in Mandarin and English, the full-time Bilingual Growth Account Executive - Mandarin will manage the full sales cycle for existing SMB customers, driving revenue growth through upsell opportunities while primarily working remotely with occasional field visits.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales cycle for customer expansion, identifying and closing upsell opportunities within the assigned territory
- Utilize consultative selling techniques to uncover customer pain points and position Toast's product offerings effectively
- Achieve quota attainment by consistently meeting and exceeding monthly sales revenue and unit booking targets
Required qualifications:
- Fluency in Mandarin and English, including reading, writing, and speaking
- 2+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in a closing role with a proven track record of meeting sales performance goals
- Experience in a high-velocity B2B SaaS sales environment
- Strong full-cycle sales skills, including deep discovery and effective closing techniques
- A consultative approach with the ability to challenge prospects' perspectives and drive new ways of thinking
