Job Summary
Driving revenue growth through customer expansion, the full-time Bilingual Account Executive - Mandarin will manage the full sales cycle for existing SMB clients, focusing on upsell opportunities while working primarily remotely with occasional field visits.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle, identifying and closing upsell opportunities within the assigned territory of existing Toast SMB POS customers
- Utilize consultative selling techniques to uncover customer pain points and position Toast's expanded product offerings effectively
- Achieve quota attainment by consistently meeting and exceeding monthly sales revenue and unit booking targets
Required qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin and English, with the ability to read, write, and speak both languages
- At least 2 years of quota-carrying sales experience in a closing role, demonstrating a track record of meeting sales performance goals
- Experience in a high-velocity or high-volume B2B SaaS sales environment
- Proficiency in full-cycle sales skills, including deep discovery and persuasive negotiation techniques
- A consultative approach with a growth mindset, demonstrating self-motivation and resilience
