Job Summary
Fluent in both Spanish and English, the full-time Bilingual Growth Account Executive - Spanish will manage a portfolio of existing SMB customers, driving revenue growth through upselling and product adoption while primarily working remotely with occasional field visits.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales cycle for customer expansion, identifying and closing upsell opportunities within the assigned territory
- Conduct deep discovery to uncover customer pain points and leverage consultative sales techniques to position Toast's expanded product offerings
- Achieve quota attainment by consistently meeting and exceeding monthly sales revenue and unit booking targets
Required qualifications:
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to read, write, and speak in both languages
- Minimum of 2 years of quota-carrying sales experience in a closing role, with a proven track record of meeting sales performance goals
- Experience in a high-velocity B2B SaaS sales environment
- Strong expertise in full-cycle sales skills, including discovery, negotiation, and closing techniques
- A consultative approach with a growth mindset, demonstrating self-motivation and resilience
