Job Summary

Fluent in Spanish and English, the full-time Bilingual Growth Account Executive - Spanish will manage the full sales cycle for existing SMB customers, driving revenue growth through upsell opportunities while primarily working remotely with occasional field visits.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage the full sales cycle for customer expansion, identifying and closing upsell opportunities within the assigned territory
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to uncover customer pain points and position Toast's expanded product offerings
  • Achieve quota attainment by consistently meeting and exceeding monthly sales revenue and unit booking targets
Required qualifications:
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to read, write, and speak in both languages
  • A minimum of 2 years of quota-carrying sales experience in a closing role, with a proven track record of meeting sales performance goals
  • Experience in a high-velocity B2B SaaS sales environment
  • Strong full-cycle sales skills, including deep discovery and effective closing techniques
  • A consultative approach to sales, with the ability to challenge prospects' perspectives and drive new business thinking
