Job Summary
Driving revenue growth for existing SMB customers, the full-time Bilingual Account Executive - Spanish will manage the full sales cycle, focusing on upsell opportunities and product adoption while primarily working remotely with occasional field visits.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales cycle for customer expansion, identifying and closing upsell opportunities within assigned territories
- Utilize consultative selling techniques to uncover customer pain points and position Toast's expanded product offerings
- Achieve quota attainment by consistently meeting and exceeding monthly sales revenue and unit booking targets
Required qualifications:
- Fluency in Spanish and English, able to read, write, and speak both languages
- At least 2 years of quota-carrying sales experience in a closing role with a proven track record of achieving sales performance goals
- Experience in a high-velocity B2B SaaS sales environment
- Strong full-cycle sales skills, including deep discovery and persuasive negotiation techniques
- A growth mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic sales environment
