Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Account Manager to drive revenue growth and retention while building long-term relationships with partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless partner experience
  • Meet Key Performance Indicators on monetization, revenue growth, and retention through proactive engagement with partners
  • Analyze reports and execute plans to upsell and increase revenue from existing accounts
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of Account Management experience with a proven track record in revenue growth
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle from onboarding to long-term revenue generation for at least 2 years
  • 2+ years of experience in closing sales and generating incremental revenue in SMBs
  • Demonstrable experience in managing and driving commercial growth from a large account portfolio, preferably in the SaaS industry
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred
