Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual Account Manager to join their global business in San Diego.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless partner experience
- Meet Key Performance Indicators on monetization, revenue growth, and retention through proactive partner engagement
- Analyze reports and execute plans to upsell and increase revenue from existing accounts
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management with a track record of revenue growth
- 2+ years managing the full sales cycle from onboarding to long-term revenue generation
- Experience closing sales and generating incremental revenue in SMBs
- Demonstrable experience managing and driving commercial growth from a large account portfolio, ideally in the SaaS industry
