Job Summary

Managing an assigned portfolio of clients, the full-time Bilingual Account Manager will serve as the primary resource for self-funded group health plans, ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication, plan performance reviews, and compliance management in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as the liaison between clients, brokers, and internal departments to administer self-funded health plans
  • Conduct quarterly meetings to review plan performance and foster client relationships
  • Prepare and present reports, training sessions, and facilitate the renewal of existing cases
Required qualifications
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least three years of experience in an account management role
  • Strong knowledge of employee medical benefit plans and group health insurance
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Life and Health Insurance Producers license preferred
