Job Summary

Acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, the full-time Bilingual Account Manager will support a portfolio of influencer marketing clients remotely, ensuring campaign success through strategic consulting, execution, and relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Own customer relationships from onboarding to renewal, ensuring satisfaction and retention
• Oversee influencer campaign delivery, managing budgets and ensuring alignment with KPIs
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance client experiences and represent customer insights internally

Required qualifications

• Professional fluency in both Spanish and English, with the ability to lead client-facing meetings
• 3-5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, campaign management, or social media
• Proven success as a strategic advisor, delivering recommendations aligned with client goals
• Strong project management skills, capable of balancing multiple accounts and priorities
• Experience mentoring or coaching junior team members
