Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Fluency in both English and Korean, with the ability to translate documents
• 2+ years of experience in account management or client services, preferably in insurance or consumer electronics
• Proficiency in standard office software and CRM platforms
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural team environment
