Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Account Resolution Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls for collections activity
  • Utilize negotiating and customer service skills to achieve positive results
  • Adhere to all applicable laws including FDCPA, FCRA, and HIPPA
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 1+ years' experience in Collections, Call Center, or Customer Service roles
  • Ability to accurately enter and update data on company/client systems
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Flexibility in scheduling, including evening and Saturday work as needed
