Bilingual Accounting Support

Job Summary

Providing operational support for reinsurance accounting activities, the full-time temporary Bilingual Accounting Operations Support will manage statement reviews, premium and claims processing, and cash applications while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Support assumed and ceded reinsurance accounting activities, including statement review and booking preparation
• Process premiums and claims, manage cash application, and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare operational reports and assist with aged item resolution and payment support

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• 3+ years of relevant accounting, finance, or insurance operations experience
• 2-3 years of reinsurance or insurance accounting experience
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills (3+ years)
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (2+ years)
