Job Summary
Providing essential administrative support for a new project, the part-time Bilingual Administrative Assistant will work remotely for a 2-month contract, coordinating information flow, responding to client requests, and managing reports and presentations.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate the flow of information internally with other departments
- Respond to requests from customers and the field sales team in a timely manner
- Compile and edit presentation details from multiple sources and distribute reports to stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bilingual in French and English
- High School Diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education preferred
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional dependability regarding attendance
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently
