Job Summary

Providing essential administrative support for a new project, the part-time Bilingual Administrative Assistant will work remotely for a 2-month contract, coordinating information flow, responding to client requests, and managing reports and presentations.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate the flow of information internally with other departments
  • Respond to requests from customers and the field sales team in a timely manner
  • Compile and edit presentation details from multiple sources and distribute reports to stakeholders
Required qualifications
  • Bilingual in French and English
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education preferred
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Exceptional dependability regarding attendance
  • Strong time management skills and ability to work independently
