Bilingual Advanced Practice Provider

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual (Spanish) Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) in Cardiology.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual assessments and develop treatment plans for patients with cardiology and heart failure needs
• Manage guideline-directed medical therapies and provide proactive care to mitigate heart failure risks
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care and holistic patient management

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Active RN and APRN or PA license in Texas, Ohio, Arizona, Illinois, Georgia, or Alabama
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cardiology clinical practice, with 2 years in an outpatient setting preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, capable of conducting clinical assessments in both languages
• Experience with telehealth platforms and a secure workspace with reliable internet
• Willingness to obtain multistate licensure within the first 90 days of employment
